Stroke Clinic: Program designed for youth who already know how to swim. The clinic will focus on the four basic strokes and emphasize the proper and most efficient manner in which to execute them. The class will introduce swimming for fitness to youth and emphasize the importance of fitness throughout life, and it is a great prelude to swim team. Clinic meets Tues & Thurs 4-5PM. Swimmers must be able to swim length of pool without stopping to participate. Fee: $40 (Out of County: $50).

Water Aerobics: Offered for adults and teens during day and evening hours. Water aerobics is a great way to increase cardiovascular and muscular strength by using water's natural resistance. The water provides support to the body, decreasing impact on joints. A class approved by the Arthritis Foundation is also available for a lower impact workout; this is an excellent class for anyone looking to improve their mobility or want to try aquatic exercise for the first time. Fee: $5 per visit, or 30-visit pass for $125 (out of county: $6/$150).

Adult lessons are offered beginning this Fall (2010). Class is designed to help non-swimming adults achieve a level of comfort in the water, that will allow them to enjoy water exercise. Class will focus on principles of swimming and flotation, treading water, basic stroke mechanics, and water safety. Fee: $5 per visit, or 30-visit pass for $125 (out of county: $6/$150).
